If you need to change your order please email us at orders@sperrys.com. Emails received over the weekend will be returned in the order left during business hours.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Notification
You will receive a tracking notification from UPS as soon your package is picked up & scanned by our carrier drivers. Packages are shipped from Tennessee.

Delivery Dates
If a delivery date selected at checkout, we aim to deliver orders based on selection but production and shipping times can alter this timeline and delivery date cannot be guaranteed. We suggest you select a date earlier then needed to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued if a selected delivery date is not met.

Shipping Address Accuracy
A physical shipping address is required. Our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is current and complete prior to finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address as provided by the customer.

Carriers
All orders ship via UPS and USPS to ensure your order is delivered in the condition that is expected. Please note that expedited services DO NOT deliver on Saturday/Sunday including. Once your order ships, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly if you are experiencing delays. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information than what you have received via tracking. Once packages leave our facility, it is in the carrier's hands to ensure delivery.

Order Processing
Most orders are typically processed the next business day depending on transit days to desired delivery address. Holiday volumes will affect order processing times. Delivery can take up to 7-10 days depending on when the order is placed, where the package is going, and availability of products. Please note: If an expedited service is selected, your order will be sent out via that service on our next shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to ship orders where transit occurs during weekend days.

We cannot ship to international addresses.

Perishable items are shipped frozen and packed with Dry Ice. It is not uncommon for the Dry Ice to evaporate before delivery; however, the meat should still be cool to the touch upon arrival.

Gift Sets are exclusive to the online store and are not available in the Mercantile. Many of the same items are available in the Mercantile individually; however, the pricing may be different.

Replacement/Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, please email us at orders@sperrys.com. We are happy to address your concerns. Should it be determined that an error was made by our fulfillment team or by our carrier, we can discuss options for resolution which may include; replacement, partial refund or full refund where applicable. We promise to handle your request promptly and courteously.

If you feel that your experience with Sperry's Meats did not meet your expectations or live up to our guarantee, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and our team members will be happy to assist you. We want to find a resolution that works best for you!
