FAQs

SHIPPING

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

We use UPS for perishable orders and USPS for grocery as our shipping couriers. Products are packaged in a heavy-duty box and nestled in an insulated liner with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery.

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Orders are processed and shipped out Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

WHY CAN'T I SCHEDULE DELIVERY FOR MONDAY?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. (We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam or Puerto Rico.) Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

IS YOUR MEAT SHIPPED FRESH OR FROZEN?

All our products are shipped frozen.

WHAT IF THERE IS NO REMAINING DRY ICE IN THE COOLER?

It is possible and quite common to have no dry ice remaining in the insulated cooler when your meats arrive.

If the product feels cool to the touch the quality has not diminished. You may refreeze the product for up to 1 year if the product remains in the original cryovac packaging. Or refrigerate the product for serving within 7 days.

Exceptions: Chicken and seafood should not be refrozen. However, if they are cool to the touch, they can be stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 7 days of arrival.

Discard any meat that is above 40°F.

HOW LONG ARE STEAKS GOOD IN THE FREEZER?

Our steaks can last for 12 months in the freezer. Seafood can last for up to 9 months.
